16th Annual Standing Bear Powwow sponsored by: Native American Heritage Preservation Council of Kern County and will be held at: Kern County fair grounds. No contest powwow. Admission Fee: $6.00 adults, 10 and under free. Entertainment: Native American Drumming , Dance,arts , crafts,foods, cultural demonstrations.
